Rio has embraced and supported the Arthur Wharton Foundation on a number of occasions - seen here with the bronze Maquette (model statue) of  Arthur Wharton.  This is was made specifically for UEFA - a fitting stage for the statue to be premiered.

"...in light of the hard work and dedication your Foundation demonstrates,       UEFA  has decided to grant a one-time donation of £17,500 in return for an Arthur  Wharton Maquette. The aim of this donation is to support the growth and           development of your project."  William Gaillard, Adviser to the President (UEFA).
